jacuzzi. The spacious unit has 1,350 square feet of air-conditioned 
space plus a 28x12 screened lanai with a beautiful Gulf view.  Also
a full kitchen, new refrig, new oven, new carpet, new washer/dryer, 
linens, TV's, VCR/DVD, cable, stereo, phone, linens, and beach 
towels.

Boca Grande is the Tarpon Fishing Capital of The World.  Fish Boca 
Grande Pass with one of our local professional guides, or on your 
own.  Our backwater fishing in Charlotte Harbor is also among the 
best in Florida.  Several fine greens fee golf courses are within 15 
minutes of the apartment.  Other activities include tennis, kayaking, 
boat rentals, golf cart rentals, jogging and biking (a paved bike 
path runs the entire 5 mile length of the island), great shelling on 
the white sand beaches, and fine dining at our local restaurants.
