$850.00 per week or $1,795.00 per month for three (3) months minimum stay or $2,100.00 per month - 
        from January to March. 
$750.00 per week or $1,800.00 per month from April to June and from September to December.
$895.00 per week of $2,100.00 per month for July and August. 
11% State and local taxes applicable.  $75.00 cleaning fee.

$500.00 security deposit required.

Arrival time: 3:00 p.m.  Departure time: 11:00 a.m.
Please inquire regarding pets.  A $125.00 non-refundable pet fee applicable.

All payments due 30 days prior to arrival date. 

Cancelation policy:  If cancelation notice is received in less than 30 days prior to arrival date, 
deposit is not refundable.
