end of Ft. Myers Beach, FL. Only 30 minutes away from Southwest 
Regional Airport and 30 minutes from Naples, 10-15 minutes to Bonita 
Beach.  You'll want to come back every year. This is a favorite spot 
for vacationers and winter/seasonal residents who return year after 
year.

private beach on-site. Unit has been completely renovated with all 
new furniture, tile, Berber carpeting in bedroom, new  kitchen with 
counter bar, built-ins and glass cooktop stove. Tastefully decorated 
in a beach-side nautical theme.  Kitchen is well stocked.  Non-
smokers/adults only! Max. 2 adults.  Rates vary for time of year,$700 
to $1,200 per week.  Discounts given for monthly rentals. Rates are 
plus 9% Tax, $300 Security deposit and $60 cleaning fee. Security 
deposit refundable after check-out inspection of unit is completed.
