Kitchen is fully equipped  with dishwasher ,full sized stove, 
microwave, refrigerator with ice maker, toaster, blender, cutlery, 
pots and pans. 
. Kitchen is open and airy,overlooking greatroom and eat-in area. 
Windows over look pool and lake. Slider leads direct out to pool and 
lani.

Laundryroom
Laundry has washer and drier with folding counter, iron and board, 
linens and towels provided. Plenty of storage.

Livingroom
As you open the double front door you look into the front livingroom 
with its gorgeous lake veiw threw the pocketing sliding doors. 

Greatroom 
Has two leather Lazyboy sofas with recliners at each end, also Tv and 
entertainment center.

Cape Coral is a water wonderland with over 400 miles of waterways. 
Its a paradise for fisherman, boaters, golfers, nature lovers, and 
tennis players.
This family orented community has so much to offer. Sunsplash, a 12 
acre waterpark just minutes away, Greenwalds Family Park with arcade 
go-cart track, batting cages, miniture golf and more. Four Mile 
Ecological Park has over 350 acres of wet lands and mangroves a 
visitor center 4000 ft walking trail on the Caloosahatchee River.
