3027 Club Villa is nestled away deep within Amelia Island 
Plantation. It is less than 100 yards away from the Amelia Island 
Plantation golf center and driving range and only 40 ft. from your 
own pool. The villa has been recently renovated with ceramic tile, 
new berber carpet and fresh colorful paint.

surroundings of Amelia Island Plantation, and is sure to charm you 
each visit. 3027 Club Villa is undeniably "cute & cozy," yet 
elegantly sophisticated. 

Amelia Island Plantation is located on Amelia Island in northeast 
Florida, just across the St. Mary's River from Georgia and adjacent 
to the historic city of Fernandina.

This 3 bedroom and 2.5 bath two story villa has approximately 1700 
square feet and is located on the west side of Amelia Island 
Plantation in Club Villas. Our villa comes fully furnished, and 
ready for you  to start your vacation. Tile entry welcomes you into 
a large living room and dining room with access to a patio which has 
a wooded & pool view. In addition to the full kitchen there is also 
a wet bar. The living room is furnished with two very comfortable 
full length couches as well as two reclining chairs. A large armoire 
conceals the 36 inch television, video and stereo system.

There are two single beds in the first bedroom, one queen bed in the 
second bedroom with it's own full bathroom, and a king bed in the 
large spacious master bedroom. Additional features of this villa 
include a large master bath as well as a half bath on the bottom 
floor. You will also have access to your own washer and dryer and 
all the appliances of a modern kitchen. We'll also provide you with 
two new beach bicycles that you can enjoy all over the Island.

An amenity card is also available through Amelia Island Plantation 
at an additional fee. This card allows you  to enjoy more of the 
resort's facilities. Guest meals at the Plantation dining 
facilities, and other chargeable items are made against the guest 
card, and are paid upon departure.
