and also has access to an outside patio.

The living room has two recliners, two very comfortable 
sofa/sleepers which both pull out to queen size beds for additional 
quests. The living room also has a flat screen TV, DVD player, and 
HBO.

The kitchen has everything you need to prepare anything you want. 
This unit also has a washer and dryer.

Activities include bicycling, fishing, award-winning Youth Programs, 
On-Property and Off-Property nature tours and programs, Health & 
Fitness Center, The Spa & Shops at Amelia Island Plantation, Golf, 
tennis, basketball, and parks.

Peak Season (March - September) - $1500 Weekly
Off Peak Season  (October - February) - $750 Weekly/$150 Nightly
