gated property next to the Ritz Carlton Hotel. Guests have access to 
three pools, tennis courts, and the private Golf Club of Amelia 
Island. There is not a better view of the beach and ocean on the 
entire island. 

Condo has ceiling fans in every room and a Washer and Dryer. Fully equipped
kitchen with microwave, toaster, blender and coffee maker. There is a TV in every
room with Cable, HBO and a VCR. Living room has a Stereo, TV, VCR and DVD. 
There is a storage room next to the unit for storing beach items, etc. 
Master bedroom has a king bed and the second bedroom has two twin beds.
There is also a very comfortable qween sleeper sofa in the living room. There are
two full bathrooms in the unit and a covered balcony with very comfortable patio furniture.

Club of Amelia Island, three pools, tennis, horseback riding on the 
beach, the historic town of Ferandina Beach with it's wonderful 
shops, restaurants, and marina. Deep sea fishing, ocean casino 
cruises, Jacksonville is 30 miles and St. Augustine is 50 miles.

Condo rents by the day, week, or month. Off season rates start from 
$1,400.00/week - Peak season rates are as high as $2000.00/week.
