yet comfortable style.  The Flat sleeps six very easily.  The master 
suite contains a king bed and flat screen TV/DVD with a private 
bath.  The private bath has a separate shower and garden tub.  The 
second bedroom comes to life with a safari theme and 2 twin beds.  
Children and adults alike will enjoy the whimsical nature and animal 
oil paintings found in the second bedroom. The well-equipped kitchen 
contains stainless appliances, refrigerator with ice and water 
dispenser in the door. Also, a convection/conventional oven and 
microwave are provided for your cooking needs.  Adjacent to the 
kitchen is a long stand-up counter that serves as a breakfast and 
evenings drink bar.

The living room provides a down-filled over sized sofa that you will 
just fall into after a fun filled day at the beach.  Also a 36" TV 
with DVD player is available and DVDs to suit all age groups. 
Likewise, books and games are provided for all age groups. 

For your convenience a dishwasher, washer/dryer, linens, bath/beach, 
towels, stereo, nightlights, alarm clocks and full toiletries are 
provided.     

The Flat contains a full lanai that provides a wonderful view of  
the manicured grounds of St. Augustine Park.
