fenced with a pool sitter fence for those little ones.

As of May 1, 2007: 1 week is Sunday to Sunday.

Upon booking you will be charged by credit card a $300 security 
deposit to ensure booking. After you arrive, this will be the damage 
deposit. If property is not damaged in any way or any charges occur 
you will be refunded the $300 by credit card 10 days after 
departure. The entire charge for your stay must be paid 30 days  
prior to arrival by cashier's check, money order or credit card in 
US funds only or you will lose your security deposit and booked 
dates.(the 30 days is only applicable if time alots, if you are 
booking and it less than 30 days before you arrive you must pay the 
entire stay at the time of booking)
