$40.00 Cleaning Fee
$100.00 Security Deposit
$520.00 to $1225.00 Per Week during Holidays and Special Events
 
 
Note: Until confirmed, rates are subject to change without 
notice.We require a 50% deposit when receiving your 
reservations. Cancellation penalty applies to all reservations. Final 
payment is due 30 days prior to arrival. We accept cash or cashiers check.  
 All rentals subject to FL sales tax rate of 12.5% 
Security deposit will be returned after departure via mail provided 
our unit is left in good condition and nothing is missing or broken. 
Two week notice required for any cancellation, less notice forfeits
