Here is a remodeled double-wide mobile home with 2 bedrooms (1 Queen, 1 Full), 2 
baths, kitchen, dining area, open living area with a view of the 
fresh, deep water canal, 3 large walk-in closets, and linen closet. 
A queen sleeper sofa and rollaway bed may provide accomodations for 
up to 7 people. This home is fully furnished. We have a friendly 
neighborhood here in a tranquil "old Florida" setting. The area is known as Weeki Wachee Gardens. No 
phone or internet.

Covered parking, boat dock, shed, washer/dryer in house, cable TV-basic, 
radio, CD player and Gas grill. Use of an 18' jonboat will be considered, based on 
boating experience. Use of 2 Pungo Wilderness kayaks is also available.

We are less than 10 minutes to Buccaneer Bay where the mermaids have 
performed for over 60 years, 1 hour from Tampa Airport, 1-1/2 hours 
from Orlando attractions, Homosassa and Crystal River are a 20-30 
minute drive north. Boat rentals may be had nearby, both motor and 
paddle, so you may enjoy the crystal clear waters of the Weeki 
Wachee River. We have many fine restaurants and shopping in this 
growing area and numerous golf courses. There are several parks in the area, some for 
sunbathing, some for fishing, or both. The Gulf is a relaxing 20 
minute ride away, winding down the river. You will see manatees, 
many varieties of birds, turtles, fish, and if you're lucky, otters. 
You can hear the owls screech at night or in early morning. A public library is located 5-6 miles 
away where you may gain internet access to "keep in touch" with friends and family back home.

October thru March:   $1600 per month - ask about a multiple month discount.
April thru September:  $1200 month
Half rental amount due upon reservation; balance of rental plus $500 security deposit (refundable) 
and $75.00 cleaning fee due on occupancy. Taxes do apply.
