area, soaring 10' ceilings, and rooms that are bathed in light from

The top level of the home has a spacious, open floor plan with 
cathedral ceilings. A deluxe kitchen, great room, half bath, and a 
master suite with a jaccuzzi tub, and  its own private balcony make 
up this level.  Well equipped Kitchen. The great room has DirecTV, 
DVD, and surround sound & Wireless Internet. In addition, a screened 
porch opens to beautiful views of the Gulf and 
state preserve where you can also enjoy al fresco dining. Just off 
the screenroom, a spiral staircase leads to the lower level and then 
to the pool.

The lower level of the house has another master suite with a king-
size bed and two bedrooms sharing a Jack and Jill bath. Both of 
these bedrooms open to a large porch. One of the two bedrooms is 
decorated with a queen-size bed and the other is outfitted as a 
kid's Paradise! The kid's room is decorated with a bunk bed, twin up 
top, full at the lower bunk, and a twin-size trundle underneath. 
With cushy lime bean bag chairs and their own TV with Directv and a 
Playstation2. The laundry room is also on this level.
