was built in 1999 and is located in one of Cape Coral’s most 
desirable areas. It features 3 bedrooms, 2 baths, a spacious kitchen 
and a solar heated swimming pool. The home is tastefully furnished 
in 
the Florida style and is fully equipped to make you vacation 
enjoyable. If you love being outside, the table with seating for 6 
on 
the lanai next to the solar heated pool will draw your attention. 
Pool toys are provided (noodles, basketball net, ring toss, floats 
for lounging) and there are lounge chairs for basking in Florida’s 
ever present sun. Since the lanai is screened, will be no worry 
about 
bugs. 

When in season, you can pick oranges, mangoes and grapefruits from 
the citrus trees in the yard. 

The living room has vaulted ceilings and a 27" TV with a DVD player 
and a library of movies. The dining area has a table with seating 
for 
6 and a sliding glass "pocket door" that opens to the lanai and pool 
area. The master bedroom is separated from the other two bedrooms 
for 
added privacy and has a private bath and a 20" television. The first 
and second guest bedrooms are adjacent to a full sized bath, one 
with 
a queen sized bed and the other with two twin beds. There is also a 
seperate laundry area located adjacent to the 2 car garage. For 
added 
enjoyment, there is a selection of board games, Sony Playstaion with 
game library and various books. 

There is a grocery store within walking distance, along with Wal-
Mart, Target, Lowes and just about anything else you can imagine a 
short drive away. Also, walk to the fabulous restaurant Rumrunners 
and eat dinner on their outdoor patio overlooking the Cape Harbour 
Marina and canal area.

There are plenty of things to do in Cape Coral. Swimming, boating, 
shopping, day cruises to Ft. Myers Beach and Key West. Cape Coral is 
about 20 minutes to Sanibel and Captiva islands where there are 
nature walks, light houses, bird sanctuaries and beaches with 
frequent encounters with dolphins and the best shelling in the 
world. Tour boats offer romantic moonlight cruises as well as day 
tours of the mangrove islands. Cape Coral has 30 area golf courses 
and public tennis and racquet club that will more than meet your 
needs. Air boat rides are offered in the Florida everglades or take 
a 
ride down the famous “Alligator Alley”. 

Fort Myers is only a short trip over the bridge, is the spring 
training home of Major League Baseball’s Boston Red Sox and 
Minnesota 
Twins and the Minor League Fort Myers Miracles. The summer estates 
of 
Henry Ford and Thomas Edison offer tours and there is a casino boat 
and plenty of shopping.
