furniture throughout.  Two bedrooms, two baths and a two-car garage 
will ensure that you have plenty of room to move about.  The villa 
is minutes away from shopping and restaurants and just a short drive 
from Florida’s world-renowned beautiful beaches.  If you’d prefer to 
spend those sunny days on the golf course, you’ll find several 
challenging courses nearby, too.  

While you’re at home in this very quiet neighborhood, watch 
Florida’s unique birds walk by your screened lanai.  Maybe you’d 
prefer to walk across the street to swim in a pool that’s 
practically your own.  For a little more activity, take a nice walk 
or a short drive to the Plantation’s clubhouse.  Inside, check out 
the group activities for the week.  Sign up for water aerobics or 
maybe a gambling excursion to a nearby casino.  Or, pass the time 
reading a book in the library, playing your favorite card game in 
the card room, or challenging your spouse to a game of billiards.  
If you want to get in a little more exercise, use the gym or swim a 
few laps in the pool at the clubhouse.  Afterward, try the Jacuzzi.
