The Unit is fully furnished and requires that you supply only your

The Unit is on the 2nd floor of a Mid-rise(4-story) bldg. & has a 
private Exterior Atrium entrance.  There is an elevator for your 
convenience. Valet carts are also supplied. Two assigned parking 
spaces with ample guest privileges. The Condo, as well as the 
buidling and all facilities on the complex grounds is Handicap 
accessible. 

The LeeShore has a King bed in the Master BR & is set up for Twin 
beds in the Guest bedroom. A Queen bed is available for the Guest 
bedroom for intervals of (3) three months or more, with 30 days 
advance notice required.

The unit also has its own Washer & Dryer. Common laundries are also 
provided on each floor of the residence building.

Each bedroom has its own TV & Cable TV is provided to all rooms. 
Unlimited free local telephone calling is included.  Calling cards or 
Cell phones would be necessary to place long distance calls 

Seaplace is a 24 hour security, gated community situated on the south 
end of Longboat Key (LBK) whose facitlites and residential buildings 
occupy over 43 acres. Seaplace has long been one of the most popular 
destinations on the Island and is easily recognized by its 
distinctive Meditteranean architecture and Barrel-tiled Roof 
Buildings. Seaplace is home to over 300 varieties of tropical plants
