Indian Bay Retreat is a "one of a kind";one of two guest houses
nestled on 30 acres over looking the Gulf of Mexico, with amazing
sunsets and spectacular views from every room in the house.This 3
bedroom/2 bath stilt home sleeps 10 guest comfortably(additional
bedding upon request),has hardwood floors,a great room with a
fireplace, spacious kitchen w/dinning area,laundry room,office with
wireless high speed,and a hot tub on the upper deck over looking the
water(talk about enjoying the sunset).  
Very peaceful & private with a gated entry,not your average vacation
rental!

With a small amenity fee enjoy the use of our two aluminum Jon boats
w/15hp motors and a canoe to explore the islands and the rivers
systems as well as two ATV'S to blaze trails around the property.

Within a few minutes you will be close to a variety of parks, fresh 
and saltwater fishing, golf, wildlife viewing, boat ramps, and Pine 
Island beach. Near by at Weeki Wachee river you can rent kayaks,
canoes, motor boats or tube down the river viewing & swimming with
manatees. The Weeki Wachee Springs attraction includes the famous
Mermaid show and Buccaneer Bay water park. We are also located close
to unique local restaurants and shopping areas. We are an hour away
from Tampa International Airport & Tampa amusement parks(Bush
Gardens,Adventure Island,Lowery Park Zoo,etc),90 miles from Orlando
and the Disney Theme Parks. The Homosassa Springs Wildlife Park, home
to many Manatees is only 20 minutes away.

Weekly: $995 for 10 guest($100 per additional guest per week)
Nightly: $195 for 10 guest($20 per additional guest per night)
Holiday's: $1500 per week / $250 per night(3 night minimum)
