family or individual. These beach villas consist of 2 separate newly 
renovated cottages. They offer the ever harder to find quaint, "Old 
Florida" atmosphere, yet equipped with the modern conveniences one 
is used to in today's world. 

The cottages are only a few minutes drive or walk to shopping and 
restaurants, and two doors away from a trolley ride which allows one 
to explore many miles along the gulf beaches. All cottages are a 
fifty steps walk along a beach trail to the pristine white sands and 
sparkling water of Indian Rocks Beach. Our tropical landscaping, 
decks, walkways, palms and oaks all contribute to creating a very 
relaxing "Old Florida" feeling. Our guests from Europe, Canada and 
from all over the USA have just loved their holidays spent with us.

Our beach vacation rentals on Indian Rocks Beach, Florida are still 
a relatively well kept secret on the Gulf Coast of Florida.

Beach Trail's charming 2 bedroom cottages each sleep 6. Each has a 
full kitchen equipped with everything you'll need to prepare and 
serve meals along with cable TV, local phone service and a private 
washer/dryer.

Indian Rocks Beach attracts many tourists due to its wide sandy 
beaches and convenient proximity to many Florida attractions 
including Busch Gardens, Walt Disney World, Universal Studio, and 
Sea World. The area provides several outstanding restaurants, such 
as Crabby Bills, Guppy's, and the Salt Rock Grill, and a variety of 
gift and convenience stores. In addition, there are antique stores 
within minutes of the Beach Trail Cottages as well as the Clearwater 
Aquarium.

Boat and jet ski rentals are close by; fishing on the beach, at one 
of many fishing piers or charter boats; and, the Largo Municiple 
golf course is a short drive. 

Located just a short ride south from Indian Rocks Beach is John's 
Pass Village, a quaint turn of the century, fishing village. John's 
Pass Boardwalk offers many services including more than one hundred 
unique shops, inviting restaurants, daily fishing charters, 
excellent fishing off the pier, and boat or jet ski rentals.

Reservations Require a $200.00 deposit. Deposit is Non-Refundable if 
cancellation is made less than 30 days from reservation date or for 
holiday weeks.  

Upon arrival, payment in full is expected in cash, travelers checks 
or money order. Sorry, at this time, we do not take credit cards or 
personal checks.
