Dogs 25lbs maximum regardless of how "good" they are $75/dog/rental.


$500 damage/security deposit required within 10 days of booking and 
returned after cleaning and inspection.  
Rental is prepaid in full and due 90 days prior to arrival! These 
rentals are all you pay...no additional tax's or maid services or 
key fees

Cancellations: 60+ days all monies returned. 45-60 days before rental
date we return 50% 30-45 days we return 35%, 0 to 30 days you loose
all monies paid. (We do return your security deposit)
