This is a remodeled duplex that is only steps from a beautiful 
beach access.  This is as close as you can get without being right 
on the beach.   We have recently added a new swimming pool!  The 
west side  of our guesthouse is a tropical delight.  Just what you 
need to chase away the winter blues or complete the feeling that you 
have found paradise.  The interior is decorated in light colors and 
accented with beautiful artwork that gives you the feeling of 
escaping to the islands.  Attention has been paid to every detial to 
ensure you have a first rate experience.  The east side  of our 
guesthouse is decorated in a cozy beach cottage charm.  Neutral 
colors grace the walls and the whites and tans of the furnishings 
ensure a peaceful romantic feeling for this getaway.  Sit out on the 
patio, sip a cool drink and watch a spectacular sunset almost every 
night. 

The Amenities include:  
Pool, New kitchen appliances that includes full size refrigerator, 
smooth top stove, in-sink disposer, and dishwasher.  Coffee maker, 
toaster, microwave, central aircondition and heat, telephone, 
satellite TV, VCR, Stereo, patio with patio furniture, linens, beach 
towels, dishes, cookware,BBQ grill, hairdryer. 

Wireless Internet is also available for a $10 fee. 

This duplex is within walking distance to a supermarket, drugstores, 
resturaunts, and shops.  Both units have a queen size sleeper sofa.

The island has a free trolley system that covers the entire island.  
The trolley stop is just around the corner from the rental.  It runs 
from 8am until 10:30pm everyday.  No need to worry with your car for 
a quick trip to the North end of the island for lunch on the City 
Pier.

Summer Rates(May through August):  $120/day,$750/wk or $2200/month
Fall Rates(September through November):  $110/day $700/wk or 
$2000/month
Winter Rates (December through April): $850/wk or $2650/month
A 50% deposit is required to hold a reservation.
There is a $50 cleaning fee for stays less than one week.
A refundable security deposit of $150 is required.  The deposit will 
be refunded upon checkout.  
A non-refundable pet deposit of $50 is required for guest with small 
pets only.  
The rate for the entire stay is due upon checkin.  
We accept check or cash only.  Please submit checks two weeks in 
advance of stay in order for clearing process.
If you have a paypal account we can accept credit card payments via 
Paypal.  Please indicate in you email if you would like to pay via 
paypal. There will be a surcharge to process paypal accounts.  
The above rates are subject to a resort tax and applicable 
sales tax.
