This gulf view home is an upscale spin on the traditional beach house.
The spacious two bedroom, two bathroom cottage sleeps 6 in comfort,
and is located on the corner of Gulfview Heights Street and Betty
Street.  This ideal location is SOUTH of Scenic 30A in the heart of
prestigious Santa Rosa Beach, half-way between Goatfeathers Restaurant
and the Gulfview Heights beach access.  It is an honest, leisurely
two-minute stroll from the driveway to the dune walk-over.

The house is raised up on pilings to provide a view of the Gulf from
the large covered front porch and several rooms.  The cottage is
beautifully decorated inside, and includes Italian porcelain tile
flooring, crown molding, cherry cabinetry, Corian kitchen counter
tops, and cultured marble in the bathrooms.  The bedrooms are
carpeted, and the soothing decor provides a respite from the
warm midday sun on the beach.

Both bedrooms have wrought iron headboards with matching benches.  The
master bedroom has a king size bed.  The second bedroom has a queen
size bed.  The living room includes a full size sofa sleeper.  Each
bedroom includes a 20" television with DVD player, stereo radio with
CD player, telephone, and alarm clock.  Hair dryers are provided in
both bathrooms.  The living room includes a 32" television with DVD
player, and a stereo system with radio, CD player, and cassette tape
player.  A fourth television is located in the kitchen.  Other
amenities include a washer and dryer, fully equipped kitchen, iron and
ironing board, gas grill, beach/pool toys & floats, cards & games, a
large selection of movies, 4 beach chairs, and a beach umbrella.  All
linens are included.


Bring your bikes, or rent them nearby, and explore the 20-mile long
bike/walking trail.  Access to the trail is just steps from the house,
and runs the entire length of Scenic 30A.  Several shops and
restaurants are within walking or biking distance, as well as a fresh
seafood market.  The shops, restaurants, and seansonal events of Gulf
Place Resort are just half a mile to the west, and accessible via the
bike/walking trail.

Private Pool
The large corner lot includes a lush lawn, natural vegetation, and a
sparkling 13' by 26' private pool with brick paver deck for cooling
off and relaxing.  We provide floats and toys, and the pool is not
shared with any other houses.

Beach Access
The house is on the corner of Gulfview Heights Street and Betty
Street, facing the gulf.  This ideal location is just a short (about
two-minute) walk down Gulfview Heights Street to the Gulfview Heights
beach access, with no busy roads to cross or traffic to fight.  At the
beach access you will find a dune walk-over, restrooms, outdoor
showers, covered picnic pavilion, and BBQ grill.  We provide 4
light-weight aluminum beach chairs and a beach umbrella for your use.

Fall 2008 (Sept 6-Oct 31): $1295/week, or $215/night (3-night minimum)
Winter 2008/2009 (Nov 1-Feb 28): $975/week, or $165/night (3-night
minimum)

Until confirmed, rates are subject to change without notice. Listed
rates do not include 11% tax or $500 refundable security deposit.  A
$100 cleaning fee will also be charged.

No Smoking, No Pets.

Please note this house will not be rented to any student groups, or
singles under 25 years of age.
