is close to world class fishing, beaches, and shopping. It is within 
15 minutes drive of the beachside town of Englewood on the Cape Haze 
Peninsular in South West Florida, between Tampa and Naples.  
    The villa is fully equipped for short or long term stay. The 
pool is fully screened and heated.   A perfect and inexpensive 
family vacation awaits you!!

Beaches:
White Sand gulf coast beaches of Englewood, Gasparilla, and Boca 
Grande are within 15-20 minutes drive.
Fishing:
Boca Grande is said to be the Tarpon fishing capital of the world.  
Rotunda Community Park:
In the centre of the community is a park with 2 tennis courts, a 
sports field, a bike path, a picnic pavillion and restroom 
facilities.
Golf: 
There are five excellent courses within the immediate vicinity.
Shopping:
Nearest grocery store is 2 miles away. Port Charlotte is 10 miles 
away with every shopping opportunity.
