of 2 Olympic size pools and the Gulf of Mexico.  Enjoy sunsets and

This one bedroom, 1.5 bath is located at 8747 Thomas Drive. It is 
fully furnished with a king size bed in the bedroom, bunks in the 
hallway, and a queen sofa sleeper. It has TV/VCR in the living room 
and in the bedroom, private phone line with answering machine, fully 
furnished kitchen, and a large patio overlooking the gulf  The 
complex features 2 swimming pools, (1 heated), 2 baby pools, indoor 
and outdoor hot tubs, tennis courts, shuffleboard, mens and ladies 
fitness rooms, game room, coin laundries, ATM, seasonal convenience 
store, tiki hut, and oyster bar.
No smoking, no pets, and primary renter must be at least 21.

There is a registration fee of $10 that is charged
to get arm bands and parking passes.
This fee is $25 during spring break and is not a part of
the rent.
Security deposit is required.  
$150 during regular season.
Spring Break $125 per person.  (limit 4 in the condo)
Primary renter must be at least 21 and occupy the condo.  Failure to 
comply will result in loss of rental and deposits.
