When you enter our third floor condo and step onto our Gulf view balcony you will be greeted by 
intoxicating sights and sounds which immediately beckon you to the sand and surf.  So, wiggle your 
toes in our white sand beach, or if you prefer, take a beach break and swim in our heated pool, soak 
in our hot tub, or lounge on our large pool deck.  Also, you and your family’s enjoyment, the area 
offers plenty of restaurants and complementary activities.  Beach Cottage is one of the premiere 
complexes in the area.
 
We have a 360 degree Virtual Tour of our complex and condo available upon request.
 
Our clean and spacious condo features all of the amenities you will need to make your vacation 
enjoyable and memorable.  We’ve included a washer and dryer, and there is a private balcony to the 
living room and master bedroom.  The living room boasts a 36” TV, DVD, VCR and sleeper sofa.   The 
Master Bedroom features a king size bed, Cable TV, Walk-in closet, and spacious bathroom. The second 
bedroom is furnished with twin beds and is adjacent to the second full bath. Our kitchen is fully 
equipped with the conveniences of all table ware and appliances.  Bed and bath linens are 
furnished.  There is undercover parking for your vehicle.  Winter guests can enjoy the ambiance of 
our unit’s fireplace.
The living room boasts a 36” TV, DVD, VCR and sleeper sofa. Brilliant balcony views by day and 
spectacular sunsets at night. Winter guests can enjoy the ambiance of our unit’s wood burning

Beach Cottage is centrally located between Clearwater Beach and St. Pete Beach; just west of Tampa 
Bay and St. Petersburg – a perfect location for plenty of sun and vacation fun.

• DEPOSIT:  A $200.00 deposit and a $200.00 security deposit is required to reserve unit with 
balance due 30 days prior to arrival.  Security Deposit May Be Held For Up To 15 Days Following 
Departure While Processing Its Return.  Travelers Check, VISA MasterCard or Discover Card accepted.

• CANCELLATION POLICY:   A $100.00 fee will be charged if cancellation occurs more than 30 days 
prior to arrival.  NO REFUND for cancellation occurring less than 30 days prior to arrival unless 
the unit is re-rented.
