Beachwood Villas offers two swimming pools (one seasonally heated), 
three lighted tennis courts, shuffleboard, clubhouse, charcoal 
grills and an on-site laundry facility.

Beachwood Villas, Unit 1E:  This tastefully refurbished villa can 
sleep up to four (King bed + Queen-sized sleeper sofa).  The full-
sized kitchen is well stocked and there is a breakfast bar as well 
as a dining area that seats four.

Scenic-30A on the Northwest Panhandle of Florida runs 18 miles 
between Destin to the west and Panama City to the east. This area is 
also branded as the Emerald Coast and is well-known for it's 
lustrous powder-white sand beaches and balmy turquoise waters of the 
Gulf of Mexico.

Numerous top-ranking Golf courses including Camp Creek Golf Club 
within 4-miles.

Extensive kid’s attractions and amusements can be found in nearby 
Panama City Beach and Destin.

Wonderful shopping in unique beach communities scattered along 30A.

A terrific bike path meanders through seaside communities, alongside 
lakes, through woodlands and beach areas. The path runs from Blue 
Mountain to Inlet Beach, 18-miles in length with 9-miles being off-
road. A real fun activity for all the family.

Picturesque Deer Lake State Park has 1700 acres of old, unmarked 
hiking trails, plus 172 acres of beach and lake areas. The sand-
dunes 
are incredible and well worth a visit to this secluded beach area, 
just a couple miles west of Capistrano.

Grayton Beach State Recreation Area - 2000+ acres of beaches, nature 
trails, picnic areas.

Eden State Gardens is a short drive away and sits on Tucker Bayou .. 
a perfect place for a picnic lunch under the incredible moss-draped 
oaks.
