property.

Payment Information:
A minimum payment of $200.00 of the total fees is required at the 
time of booking in order to hold the reservation. The advance 
payment will be applied towards the total rent due. The balance due 
must be submitted at least two weeks prior to arrival. 

Cancellations:
Cancellations must be made 90 days prior to arrival for refund of 
all fees received less a $20 cancellation fee. Advance payment of 
$200.00 down will not be refunded if cancellation made between 31 
days and 89 days prior to arrival; all other fees will be refunded. 

Hurricane Warnings:
If a hurricane warning is issued for our area during your stay, a 
refund will be made for any days remaining on your rental agreement 
if you choose to check out. You will still be required to pay the 
$75.00 cleaning fee and 11% Florida tax.
If a hurricane warning is issued during your booked time, you may 
choose to change your dates of stay if the unit is not already 
booked for the dates you wish to change to.
