We invite you enjoy luxurious relaxation in our beautiful ground- 
floor condo overlooking lush landscaping and the Gulf of Mexico. 

The picture on the above left is the view from our patio and 
bedroom. You can walk directly out from our patio to the pool and 
beach - each  about a minute's walk away... The convenience is 
wonderful- No climbing stairs or waiting for the elevator! The unit 
is decorated in light  Floridian decor with many luxury touches such 
as crown mouldings, brass accents, new carpet and tile.  

The entire unit was remodelled in 2003 with a new open floor plan, 
new baths and vanities, textured walls, ceiling fans in each room, 
large tiles in the kitchen and bath.  Everything is in beautiful 
condition.  We visit often and keep the unit updated and well 
maintained.

Our spacious new fully-equipped kitchen features light hardwood 
cabinetry, beveledge countertops, filtered water, new appliances, 
and great lighting.

We have a king bed in the romantic master bedroom complete with a 
new memory-foam topper, twin beds in the guest room and a queen 
sleeper-sofa in the living room.  Solid construction ensures a quiet 
night's rest - you can hear the ocean as you sleep. Each bedroom has 
direct access to its own bathroom.

Of course we have central air conditioning throughout and a washer/ 
dryer for your convenience.

We provide beach chairs, towels and toys, as well as an assortment 
of games.  The unit comes equipped with two Tv's, cable,  2 VCR's, 
DVD, and a stereo system. There is also hi-speed wireless internet 
access in the unit.

Enjoy our screened lanai (patio)- BBQ grills under Tiki huts are a 
few steps away! We love to have our meals on the patio and 
contemplate the Gulf of Mexico or watch the exotic birds in the 
lagoon.

Our unit is handicapped accessible and non-smoking.

Pointe Santo is a lushly landscaped tropical treat!  Imagine a 
beautiful spring-fed lagoon surrounded by flowering bushes and
