Crabby Bills, My Place on the Beach and J.D.'s.  The Sun Coast 
Trolley stops in front of the unit which can take you many miles up 
and down Gulf Blvd from Clearwater to St Pete Beach.  You can be 
seen 
strolling down the waterway of the narrows with your favorite pet as 
you admire the yachts go by.  Once a sleepy Florida gulf coast 
town,Indian Rocks Beach is now the favorite of the young and old.

Each unit has a seperate entrance. Both units are tastefully 
decorated with modern appliances including dishwasher, queen size 
beds in one bedroom and twins in the other plus each has a fold out 
living room sofa/bed.  the top unit features hardwood floors while 
the lower unit is ceramic tile.

Local phone, cable TV, VCR/DVD, full kitchens including microwave, 
diwshwasher, refrigerator, stove, cooking utensils, linens, washer 
and dryer and charcoal grill, Pets allowed and adored - no smoking 
inside the units.

$75.00 refundable security/key deposit. Security deposit with 
Pet $150.00 if unit is left in an 
acceptable condition. Half of the total fee required to hold the
