Our spacious (1,800 sq. ft.) three bedroom unit is an end unit on 
the second floor.  From the comfortably furnished screened in lanai 
off the living room (and from each bedroom), you look over the 
harbor and the beautifully landscaped surroundings.  The unit is 
close to the community center where breakfast and lunch are served 
and people gather every morning for coffee.  The unit is near two of 
the 3 pools on the premises. The entire unit has been freshly 
painted and updated, including new linens and kitchen items.  Three 
televisions, a dvd, cd and a stereo are all available for your 
entertainment.  The master bedroom features a king size bed, 27" 
color tv and a large walk in closet. The second bedroom has twin 
beds and a third bedroom is furnished as an office with a queen size 
sofa bed for extra guests. The two baths are recently redecorated.  
A washer and dryer is in the unit. There are ceiling fans 
throughout.  An assigned parking place is in the building along with 
extra storage space.

A step above the rest.  You will want to come back year after year.

This gated community is a friendly inviting place to stay.  From the 
weekly pot luck dinners, to the organized tennis matches on the 5 
tennis courts scattered around the property (including clay courts), 
to the regular bridge and maj jong games, there are opportunities 
for socializing everywhere.  Three pools are situated around the 
property.  A newly refurbished exercise facility in the community 
center contains a complete universal gym, free weights and aerobic 
machines, as well as showers and lockers.  Boat slips in the 
beautiful marina that winds between the buildings can be available 
upon prior request.
