Located in the heart of Seagrove Beach, this lovely, Florida home 
has a new, 13-foot by 26-foot private pool, porches everywhere to 
catch the gulf breezes and gulf views from the third floor viewing 
deck with wet bar. The beach is just a short 3 minute walk.   Large, 
beautifully-landscaped, private back yard with picnic table and 
plenty of room for kids to play and adults to relax. Have morning 
coffee or moonlit nightcaps on the upper deck where you can hear the 
surf.    Great for families and couples.

Beautiful, upscale kitchen has granite counters, fully stocked with 
dishes, barware, small appliances (blenders, crockpot, food 
processor), and miniature TV.

Upstairs master suite has king-size bed with large bathroom; double 
sinks and double shower. Second bedroom has queen-size bed and 
private bath. Kids bunk room has bunk bed with twin upper and full-
size lower and additional Queen bed. Half bath downstairs.

Take advantage of our two bicycles or take a stroll for morning 
coffee, lunch at the Seagrove Village Market, or shopping in 
Seaside, WaterColor, and Grayton Beach.

Beach chairs, umbrella, wagon, and toddler beach and pool toys are 
provided.

Minimum age requirement is 25. 
We do not rent to vacationing students.

Weekly rentals are Saturday to Saturday.

Weekly Rentals are Saturday to Saturday; Nightly Rentals have Three-
Night Minimum.  Cleaning fee is included in rate.  
11% sales tax will be added to rate.
