$400.00 Security/Damage Deposit is required within 7 days of booking 
and Security/Damage Deposit is returned after your stay and is 
separate from the Total amount due.

An additional $10.00 per adult per night over 2 people 
5% Tourism Tax and 6% Sales Tax on total rental rate
Housekeeping $100.00 U.S. - 1-2 weeks or $105.00 U.S. extended stay
An additional $5.00 per night for more than 2 people or if you have 
a dog for cleaning after your stay

Total amount due 30 days in advance of reserved dates, by check or 
PayPal. If using PayPal, the transaction fee will be your 
responsibility - foreign residents are charged extra by PayPal.

MINIMUM 7 night stay "In Season" Dec. 1 - April 30;  5 night "Off 
Season" May - November;  2 week minimum Christmas.
