shopping. Fully furnished whith full size bed and sleeper sofa. 
Community pool on premises. Washer and dryer on site. Assigned 
parking. The condo is 750 sqft under air.

All watersport activities and rentals available at Siesta Key 
locations.

This unit is available for Seasonal occupancy during the months of 
September-April. Minimum rental period one month. All inclusive with 
local phone calls, utilities, television and final cleaning. The 
rental is a smoke free residence and no pet policy is enforced. 
Rental deposit $300.00 dollars, fully refundable up to 45 days prior 
to beginning of rental period. Full rental amount to be tendered 30 
days prior to arrival. 11% Florida sales tax not included.
