This comfortable and cozy 3-bedroom/2-bathroom Old-Seagrove cottage 
is tucked away on the corner of West Grove and Cypress Hill, the 
final house before reaching Seaside.

Enjoy leisurely strolls through the unpaved "Old Seagrove" tree-
lined streets or take the red-brick paved Seaside boulevards just a 
couple of blocks to the cafes, galleries, amphitheater and shops.

The living area is cozy and comfortable with convenient access to 
the kitchen and dining area.  The galley kitchen is well-stocked and 
has all modern appliances.  A laundry closet with a full-sized 
washer and dryer sits off the kitchen.  There is a dining table that 
seats four.  

Two identical bedrooms sit off the main, ground-floor living area 
each containing a full-sized bed.  There is a full-bathroom off the 
living area.  The master-suite is on the second-floor with a queen 
bed.  There is a sitting area with TV and a full-bathroom.

Patio doors lead from the master bedroom to the charm of the 
cottage, a super screened porch perfect for relaxing, dining or 
snoozing!  An outdoor shower sits amongst the live oaks.

Scenic Route 30A on the Northwest Panhandle of Florida runs 18-miles 
between Destin to the west and Panama City to the east.  This area 
is also branded as the Emerald Coast and is well-known for it's 
lustrous powder-white sand beaches and balmy turquoise waters of the 
Gulf of Mexico.

A terrific bike path meanders through seaside communities, alongside 
lakes, through woodlands and beach areas. The path runs from Blue 
Mountain Beach to Inlet Beach, 18-miles in length with 9-miles being 
off-road. A real fun activity for all the family and bike rentals 
are available throughout Scenic Route 30A.

Picturesque Deer Lake State Park has 1700-acres of old, unmarked 
hiking trails, plus 172 acres of beach and lake areas. The sand-
dunes are incredible and well worth a visit to this secluded beach 
area, within a miles of the cottage.

Grayton Beach State Recreation Area - 2000+ acres of beaches, nature 
trails, picnic areas.

Eden State Gardens is a short drive away and sits on Tucker Bayou .. 
a perfect place for a picnic lunch under the incredible moss-draped 
oaks.

Fishing, boating, boat charters and cruises, dolphin sunset cruises, 
watersports can be found in nearby Destin.

Numerous top-ranking Golf courses, including two on 30A. Extensive 
kids attractions and amusements in nearby Panama City Beach.

An array of shopping in unique communities scattered along 30A and a 
huge Outlet Mall in nearby Sandestin.

Spring commences March 1 and ends prior to Memorial Weekend.  Summer 
runs from Memorial Weekend to mid-August. Labor Day rates are the 
same as summer rates. Winter runs from November - February.
