east across the street from the ocean on a quiet cul-de-sac.  Just a
few feet away from the Atlantic Ocean's white sandy beach and a
pleasant walk to the popular beach restaurants (Roy's, Bonefish,
Starbuck's, Moe's, Panera, Jason's Deli, Bagel World, Cruiser's,
Ellen's Kitchen, etc.) and shopping boutiques (Rosenblums's, Rosie
True, etc.).   

Two balconies (one off the second floor family room and the other off
the third floor master bedroom) to enjoy the view of the calming ocean
and its breezes.  Both patios have table and chairs.

Master bedroom has comfortable Queen size sleigh bed with tv
and remote, plus remote for ceiling fan.  New large master bathroom
with Jacuzzi tub plus view of the ocean from the
his/her double shower and double vanities.  All linens and towels
provided.  

Second bedroom has Murphy style pull-out Queen size bed with full
bath.  Room also has desk area.  All linens and towels provided.

Nicely and comfortably appointed kitchen and family room.  Kitchen has
refrigerator, dishwasher, oven, stove, microwave, blender, coffee
maker, wine cooler, eat-in kitchen table and chairs.  Family room has
large tv with remote, satellite tv, large leather couch with matching
club chair and ottoman.

Two bedrooms, two bathrooms, kitchen, family room, laundry room with
washing machine and dryer, two balconies, one car garage, large master
closet and bathroom, beach toys/towels/chairs.

Football Season is a great time to stay at this beach townhouse.  Many
football planned festivities occur at the beach. 

Beach Fun is always just a a few steps away!

Great dining and shopping within walking distance!

Fun area to stay in with plenty of activities around you, but can be a
nice quiet retreat if you choose.

$175/night plus $100 cleaning fee, or $1100/week plus $100 cleaning fee.
Payment: A 50% deposit is required to hold the dates, and the balance
is due 7 days prior to arrival.
