Located on one of the least densely developed areas of Cape San 
Blas, there are currently no other gulf front homes for 1 mile to 
the north, it's nothing but beach, beautiful sand dunes and an 
occasional cape deer. Watch Dolphins playing in the surf from the 
decks, inside the home or while strolling on the Pristine and 
deserted beach to the north. Fishing from the beach is great & with 
our home facing due west, the Sunsets are Spectacular! 

Living, Dining and Kitchen are furnished in West Indies style, have 
Awesome Gulf Front views, both from inside the home & from the large 
covered deck on this level. Kitchen has lots of cabinet space for 
storage & is very well stocked with new kitchenware.

All 4 bedrooms face gulf front with glass doors leading to covered 
decks. Master #1 is isolated alone on the upper floor, is very 
private & commands breathtaking views. All Bedrooms are themed in
decor, - they are Sunset Point, Cal. King -  Tropical Paradise, queen
 -  Old Key West, queen - and Under The Sea, full/twin bunk.  

All BR’s also have night sky ceilings. At night with the lights out, 
the ceilings seem to vanish, leaving you with a twinkling sky above.
Kids and Adults like to find their favorite constellations, shooting
stars, galaxies.

“Oh MY, Nothing on the cape can touch this" - “You really have no 
clue what you have here” - “We know the cape extremely well and this 
home, these views, it's right there at the top” - “We’ve been up and

Offshore Fishing are unbelievably great in the fall; no kidding, you 
will get tired of catching them and put the pole down to go stroll.

*** For those requiring a handicap accessible vacation beach rental 
or a wheelchair accessible vacation beach rental we have the 
following: BR #3 has a 36” wide door.  BR #4 has a 60” wide door.  
Elevator has 36” wide doors.  Portable & easily installed 
accessories for commode and bath / shower are available. Lightweight 
portable ramps are available for the ground level entry and the 
living area’s 8-foot sliding door for access to the covered deck on 
this level. Our boardwalk is not accessible, sorry. 
All accessibility items are stored in the home and can be installed 
in a few minutes for those requiring their use. Email or call for
