Vacation Rates: 
Due to a cancellation JANUARY ONLY is available for $3600.00 
Feb., March, April:  $5000.00 monthly (individual months)
May, Oct., Nov., Dec.:  $1800.00 monthly
June, July,Aug., Sept.:  $1500.00 monthly
+  Deposit of 25% of total rental fee due when booking, balance due 
60 days prior to occupancy.  Cancellations made before final payment 
are subject to a $300.00 administration fee.

+  Cancellations (full or partial) made between 60 and 30 days of 
arrival forfeit deposit.  Cancellations made 30 days or less will not 
be entitled to any refund unless/or another renter has been booked 
for that time.  We will make a reasonable effort to find a 
replacement.  All advertising expenses plus the $200 handling fee 
will be deducted from your refund.

+  Security deposit of $700.00 is required.  It can be included in your 
final check or by separate check on day of arrival.  The full amount 
less a $200.00 cleaning fee will be returned one week after checkout 
if walk thru is acceptable.

+  Travel insurance is recommended for your protection in case of 
unforseen circumstances.

+  $50 fee payable to The Villages required for Renter's passes.

+  Pets allowed --2 small or 1 large dog (no cats) for a $150 non-
refundable charge

+  ABSOLUTELY NO SMOKING
