The beachfront condo is located in the center of The Summit, right 
above the swimming pools (2 Olympic size and 2 for children). You 
may enjoy breath-taking sunsets and panoramic views of the Gulf of 
Mexico from a private balcony.
  
The rooms are nicely decorated. With a king-size bed, a queen-size 
sleeper sofa, and two built-in twin bunk beds, it will sleep up to 
six people.  Linens and towels are provided. There are two private 
phones and two color TV sets with cable and a brand new Toshiba 
VCR/DVD/VCD/CD player. Iron and ironing board are provided.

The kitchen is well-equipped for preparing and serving meals. A 
built-in microwave, oven, automatic coffee-maker, and blender serve 
your convenience. The refrigerator has an automatic icemaker.     

The complex is directly on Panama City Beach, one of the most 
beautiful beaches of the America. It is also beside Spinnaker's and 
the world's largest Beach Club "Club La Vela". There is 24-hour 
security and free Internet access. It is a great place to make your 
family vacation a memorable one!

The complex features 2 Olympic size swimming pools, (1 heated in 
winter), 2 baby pools, indoor and outdoor hot tubs, whirlpools, 
dry saunas, shuffleboard, mens and ladies fitness rooms, coin 
laundries, ATM, seasonal convenience store, tiki hut, and oyster bar.

It has gated security and is within walking distance of restaurants, 
golf course and amusement parks. Complex also has Charcoal grills 
conveniently located on each side of the building, just steps away 
from this ground floor unit.

Three large new hot tubs, new gym and exercise equipment, game room, 
night lit tennis courts, shuffle board, Jet skiing, para-
sailing, boat rides, volleyball, and more. Many other attractions 
located within walking distance.
