This is a 2 bedroom, 2 bath home on the water in Crsytal River.  There
are 2 two person kayaks available for you.  The screened porch has a
foosball table for you fans and the backyard dock is a great place to
fish or just plain relax.

Everything you need is here.  All you need to bring is your personal
belongings and food if you want to cook.

BBQ grill, microwave, coffeepot, full kitchen utensils and linens,
outdoor fireplace.

Local to golf, SCUBA diving and training to all levels, kayaking, bird
watching, and of course manatee viewing!

During the wintertime peak period from October 1 through April 31 the
rate is $150.00 per night with a two night minimum for the first 2
adults and 2 children.  There is a $10 per person fee after that.

The summer rate from May 1st to Nov. 1st of 2007 is $135.00 per night.
All rates into 2008 will be $150.00 summer or winter.
