All you need to bring is your personal belonging...Property Rates During the wintertime peak period from October 1 through April 31 the rate is $150.00 per night with a two night minimum for the first 2 adults and 2 children. There is a $10 per person fee after that. The summertime rate from May 1st to Sept. 30th in 2007 is $135.00 per night. As of Nov 1st rates will increase to $150.00 per night.
