convenience store, pizza place, video/DVD rental shop, and bike 
rentals. It is an easy walk to fine dining at Cafe 30A, Angelina's, a 
seafood market, and the best take-out deli in town.

The Complex includes a Heated Pool, Gas Grills, Gated Beach Access,

Seasonal Winter Rentals are welcome and monthly rates are 
negotiable.  Until confirmed, rates are subject to change without 
notice.  Rates in US dollars, excluding tax.  There is no cleaning 
fee for weekly rentals.

50% of the rental fee is due within 10 days of making the 
reservation. Payment in full is due 14 days prior to check-in, along 
with a $275 refundable damage deposit. The damage deposit will be 
returned 2-3 weeks after your stay is complete if there was no damage 
to the unit or its contents. 

We supply linens, towels, and a starter supply of paper products and 
soaps.
