Sandpiper Condo
See the sunrise and sunset from your balcony in this totally 
remodeled, completely furnished, clean, tastefully decorated 
oceanfront condo. 
You can see the Atlantic Ocean from every room but the bath. Enjoy 
the ocean from your condo, or take just a few steps and feel the 
sand between your toes. 
The master bedroom has a king-size bed and a tv. The second bedroom 
has a queen-size bed and tv/vcr. And there's a sofa sleeper that 
opens out to a queen-size bed in the living room along with a 
loveseat that opens to a twin bed to sleep a total of 7. 
The bistro set on the balcony is wonderful for breakfast/coffee or 
dolphin/whale watching in the a.m. If you dont feel like going to 
the beach, but you still want the warmth of the sunshine, just sit 
back in one of the comfortable chairs and work on your tan without 
leaving your condo. Feel the ocean breezes without packing everything 
down to the beach.
The condo is completely furnished. All you need to bring is your 
toothbrush, swimsuit, and suntan lotion. Enjoy TV on our new 50-
inch, big-screen. It's wonderful! Great for the kids and cartoons, 
dads and sports or family video night.

We're conveniently located within walking distance of weekend 
festivals, new city park on the beach, outdoor amphitheter - just 
seven short blocks away. Bars, restaurants,clubs and shopping are all 
close by. 
 For ladies, enjoy a gym at $3.00 a day.
