relaxing. The patio has a table and chairs, with umbrella and a gas 
grill.

Upstairs are the two bedrooms, each with its own private bath. The 
large, master Bedroom has a king-size bed and comfortable furniture. 
There is a relaxed sitting area for reading or dressing, and a large 
walk-in closet. The vanity area has double sinks and is separate 
from the shower/toilet room. The second bedroom has twin beds that 
can be pushed together to make a king size. Large closet and roomy, 
private bath with walk-in shower. Also, upstairs is a full-size 
washer and dryer.

The beautiful, Tuscan design of the area has lush landscaping, 
fountains, and brick-lined roads, very quiet and secluded. Large, 
luxuriously remodeled clubhouse includes a fitness center, billiards 
and a tropical pool area. 

Just five minutes to the nearest ocean beach access, after which 5 
miles of unintterupted beach access complete with a pier, several
