We have redecorated over the winter--new granite countertops in the
kitchen,new bath and kitchen plumbing fixtures, new tile and carpeting
throughout PLUS new bed linens and furniture too. 
Our beautiful townhouse in Seacrest Beach is called "Lookout by the 
Sea" at Blue Tide Townhomes.  We are beachfront, ideally located on  
the Florida Panhandle midway between Destin and Panama City, close to 
Rosemary Beach, Seagrove Beach and Seaside in an area called the 
Beaches of South Walton. 
 
Situated on one of the highest dunes along the Panhandle, our 
beachfront townhouse has an amazing view of the emerald green waters 
bordering the Gulf of Mexico and the sugar white sand beaches.  The 
beaches in this area are rated "America's Best" and the sunsets over 
the water can be breathtaking.

Our townhouse has a larger floor plan than other townhomes in the 
area and includes an on-site pool, direct access to the beach from 
out porch, and a private crossover/walkway to the beach.  It is one 
of eighteen townhouse and condo units in "Blue Tide Townhomes", a low 
rise 3 story building. 
 
Seacrest Beach is a quiet place, close to nature and free of high 
rise buildings, where families can share the joys of togetherness and 
relax away from day to day pressures.  The area and surrounding 
forests are exceptionally beautiful and a perfect location for family 
vacations.  Our family has fallen in love with the area - we have 
been vacationing here for the past 20 years.

Next to our townhouse is a safe off road paved bike path that extends 
for 18 miles along Scenic 30A.  The path and nearby trails in the 
Point Washington State Forest are ideal for walking, jogging, 
rollerblading, and biking.  The path provides easy access to many 
wonderful nearby recreation areas.  Just minutes away are the 
architecturally famous towns of Seaside (6 miles) and Rosemary Beach 
(2 miles), Deer Lake State Park (2 miles), Point Washington State 
Forest (3 miles)and Camp Creek Golf Course (Fazio designed - 1 mile).

Our beautifully decorated townhouse is 1800 sq. ft. with 3 bedrooms 
and 3 full baths.  The living area located on the 2nd floor includes 
a kitchen, bathroom, dining area, and living room with comfy chairs 
and sleeper sofa.  From the living room there are sliding glass doors 
that open to a porch with access to the beach.  From the living room 
you have an 180 degree view of the beach and water.  On the 3rd floor 
there is a master bedroom (king bed and sitting area) with included 
bath, and a second bedroom (king bed) with adjoining bath.  The 
master bedroom has sliding glass doors that open to a deck and the 
beautiful beachfront view.  At the top of an open stairway from the 
3rd floor there is a childrens bedroom (two twin beds) - it's a loft 
like retreat that kids love.
