Welcome to the Sand Castle!  This expansive, oceanfront home is the ideal get-away for large family 
gatherings and reunions!

The main (2nd) floor features a roomy ocean front living room with beautiful wood floors, tv, 
stereo, sleeper sofa, wet bar and plenty of room for everyone. The kitchen has granite counters, 
stainless appliances and a cozy breakfast bar which can seat 4. The dining area has a ocean view 
and seating for 8. There are two identical ocean front master bedrooms.  Each has a private full 
bathroom and access to the rear deck.  

The 3rd floor features a kids room with 2 single beds and a trundle.  There is another bedroom with 
a king bed. The loft is a great place to read a book or take a nap on the day bed with trundle. The 
loft opens onto a private balcony with panoramic ocean views.

The ground floor has a large bedroom with 2 beautiful queen beds.  Challenge your housemates to a 
game of pool or darts in the game room.  Be sure to stock the mini-frige with your favorite 
beverages to enjoy while watching your favoite show or sports on the big screen TV.

The second floor deck, is one of the key attractions at Sand Castle.  This spacious outdoor 
gathering area provides beautiful views of the beach, frolicking dolphins, passing pelicans 
and the occasional right whale.  There are multiple levels and spaces for quiet reading as well as 
grilling, sun tanning, and your own private beach party.  The deck provides private ocean access, 
leading directly down to the sandy beach.  Just before you reach the beach, there is a 
private nook on the deck, perfect for enjoying a seaside lunch or morning coffee. 

Nestled on a high dune, just steps to the Atlantic Ocean, Sand Castle is a fully furnished, 3-story, 
ocean front home that has all the comforts of home you could ask for. With 5 bedrooms, 4.5 baths, it 
sleeps 17 comfortably; perfect for multiple families, large groups, or reunions.

Sand Castle guests have the opportunity to join the exclusive, ocean front Serenata Beach 
Club for a fee of $260.00 for the week for everyone in your group. The Club is 3/4 
of a mile north and offers a fitness center, 3 pools (1 heated), restaurant, lounge and various 
structured children's activities.

Nightly rentals may be available during certain months. Nightly rates are $450/night with a minimum 
3 nights required.

NO CLEANING FEES for weekly rentals if you agree to some basic cleaning duties.  Otherwise there is 
a $225 cleaning fee.  Taxes are an additional 9%.  A deposit of $500 per week is required for 
confirmation and does NOT apply to rent.  Holidays are rented weekly only.  There is a $500 upcharge 
during Easter, Memorial Day, 4th of July, Thanksgiving, Christmas, and New Years.  Sorry NO pets, NO 
smoking indoors.
