"Flip Flop In" to our beautiful new beach home in the private 
community of Seacrest Beach, which is located right next to the 
exclusive Rosemary Beach. The Flip Flop In is just a short walk 
(approximately 200 yards) to the gorgeous Emerald Coast Beaches. Or, 
a private beach shuttle offers door to sand service. A leisurely 
stroll through our palm tree lined neighborhood will lead you to the 
fantastic 12,000 square foot swimming pool with waterfalls, 
fountains and two bath houses.

We have furnished this three-story, four-bedroom, three and one-half 
bathroom beach getaway for your comfort and relaxation. The first 
floor has 10 foot ceilings and unique stained solid surface 
flooring. It features a comfortable living room that leads onto the 
back grilling deck with outdoor shower, a spacious gourmet kitchen 
with dining table for 8, and the trendy "Baha Beach" bedroom (queen 
bed) with full bath, which opens onto the front deck.

As you step up the first stairs, you are walking on the Australian 
Cypress hardwood floors, which sets the tone for the entire second 
and tower levels. The second floor, also with 10-foot ceilings, 
contains the tropical "Maui Beach" bedroom (queen bed), the 
nautical "Nantucket Beach" room for kids (2 sets of twin bunk beds) 
and a shared bathroom. Also on the second floor is the West Indies-
style "Nevis Beach" master suite (king bed) which opens up onto a 
private porch, and has a master bath featuring a jacuzzi tub and 
private shower. 

On the third level are two rooms and a large deck that offer 
fantastic panoramic views of the Gulf of Mexico. The tower room 
contains a wet bar, refrigerator, sofa and a table for four, making 
it a perfect spot for entertaining or relaxing after a day at the 
beach. The "Florida Beach" room has a sofa and a half bath, and a 
large area rug perfect for sleeping bags or a baby's pack-n-play.

The Flip Flop In has a TV in every room and is stocked with 4 
DVD/VCR players, 2 stereos, Playstation2, and a variey of games, 
videos, and books to make for a fun and relaxing vacation. And, if you must bring your laptop to 
paradise, 
wireless internet is available.

Tom Fazio's Camp Creek golf course, a real gem, is only 1/4 mile 
from your front door. Outlet shopping, outdoor concerts, and 
restaurants are all within minutes.

So, kick off your dress shoes, slip on your flip flops and head on 
over to the Flip Flop In!
