Property Rates 
Peek season (March 1st - August 31st) is $150 dollars a night $140 per night off season(September 1st 
- February 28th)  There is a 4 days/3 nights minimum...check in anytime after 8 AM first day and 
depart by 5 PM last day).  
 
March 1st thru August 31st $800 per week (8 days and 7 nights; check in anytime after 3 PM first 
day, depart by 3 PM last day). Every arrangement will be made to accomodate your arrival and 
departure times if necessary.
 
September 1st thru February 28th $550 per week (8 days and 7 nights; check in anytime after 3 PM
first day, depart by 3 PM last day). 
 
Monthly rental from September 1st thru February 28th $1400 per month.
