Rates vary from $3000 to $11,000 weekly depending on Season/Holiday.  

Rentals are Saturday to Saturday except last minute,  slower season or for longer term rentals.
Last minute rentals will be given a discount and can rent only part of the property.  Main House(3 
Bedrooms) or Main House Pool Cabana(4 Bedrooms) or Main House and Guest House(5 Bedrooms) or Just 
the Guest house (2 bedrooms)

November Specials: 
Nightly rates (3 night Min) for 6 bedrooms - $900/ night plus tax and cleaning. Call for other 
configurations 2 bedrooms, 3 bedrooms, 4 bedrooms or 5 bedrooms.

Weekly Rate for November (except Thanksgiving)  
Guest house -2 bedrooms -$2000 up to 6 people
Main house with 3 bedrooms - $3300 up to 8 people
Main house with Pool Cabana 4 bedrooms - $3800  up to 10 people
Main house plus guest house $4500 up to 14 people
All 6 bedrooms $5000 up to 16 people
Plus tax and cleaning.
