condominium has a full master bedroom complete with king size bed, 
TV/VCR, telphone, and cieling fan. Bath connected to the master 
bedroom.  Two bunk beds built into the hallway.  Sofa folds out to 
make queen size bed. TV with DVD and VCR player in living room.  
AM/FM CD player in the living room. Full kitchen that is fully 
furnished - stove, oven, microwave, referigerator with ice maker, 
blender, coffee maker, and a toaster. The condo also features a 
Washer and Dryer.    

Two huge pools. Two kiddie pools. Three hot tubs. Two Saunas. Small 
gym. Tennis courts. Shuffle board.  Jet ski, parasail, and beach 
chair rentals on the beach.  Internet access in the lobby.  On site 
burger/sandwich grille.  Located within walking distance to 
restaraunts and amusements. 

Panama City Beach offers sunbathing, swimming, deep sea fishing, go 
carts, bumper boats, miniature golf, dining, diving, night clubs, 
the list goes on.  No matter your taste, Panama City Beach really 
does have something for everyone.

Sales Tax of 10.5% and a $200 deposit apply to all rentals. $10 reg. Fee
Spring Break deposit is $400 and the reg. fee is $35 and only 4 guests/room.
The person who books the room must stay in the room - no subletting.
Deposit required to reserve & will be returned if unit is left as it is found.
Full payment due 6 weeks before arrival.
If reservation is not kept, deposit is forfeited, unless arrangements are made.
