Property Description

Wonderful, beach cottage with wooden floors, huge oceanfront deck 
and great breezes throughout.  The house features a large 800 square 
foot great room with ocean views, living room area, a breakfast nook 
and dining room area....

Property Rates

$1200 a week from September through February.  $1500 a week from 
March to August.  Check in time is Saturday at 3:00 pm check out 
time is Saturday at 10:00 am.  Cleaning fee is $125.  This is to clean after you leave. You may opt 
to clean yourself but it is hard to clean and get out by 10:00 a.m.  Refundable 
security deposit of $250.  Non-refundable pet fee of $150.00  Plus 
9% state and local sales tax.
