deluxe ocean front unit, West 405,was completely renovated July 2004 
with new furniture, paint, ceramic tile, and carpet in living room 
and bedroom.  We feature a one bedroom with new king-sized bed,and 
queen sleeper sofa in living room,one bath, and full kitchen along 
with a great view of the Gulf on your private balcony which can be 
accessed from both the living room area and bedroom.  You will find 
our unit clean and comfortably furnished with TV's (cable) in the 
living room and bedroom.

We now have 2 Sunbird condo to choose from.  We have just purchased 
and totally renovated a "C" unit on the 6th floor in the east tower.
