The Florida Keys require an 11.5% room tax that will be added to 
your rental fee and an $80 ($100 if 2 weeks or more) cleaning/exit 
fee.

Rentals of 4 or more consecutive weeks receive up to a 15% discount 
(10% January - April) per week.

Book 4 separate weeks at the same time an receive 10% OFF each week 
(discount received out of fourth week’s payment)

There is a $150/wk surcharge for holidays, Spring Break, lobster 
mini-season and opening week.

Reservations require a valid credit card (AMEX, MC, VISA) or a  
$500.00 deposit. Balance must be received 
within 60 days of arrival date. Refund and cancellation 
policy available on our Conch Properties Inc website.
